The terms that govern your use of SmartsCash.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SmartsCash website, products and services operated by SmartsCash (Pvt) Ltd. (“SmartsCash”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or applying for any product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
To apply for our products you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the country in which the product is offered, and able to enter into a legally binding agreement. All applications are subject to eligibility, identity, affordability and credit checks. Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee approval.
SmartsCash offers personal finance, installment plans and a rewards card to eligible customers. Finance is provided over terms of up to 36 months. We do not offer payday loans or short-term, high-cost lending. Product features, limits and availability may change and are always confirmed to you before you accept an offer.
Borrowing money costs money. Only borrow what you can comfortably afford to repay. Missing repayments may affect your credit record and your ability to obtain finance in the future.
When you apply, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. We assess each application individually and may approve, decline or offer different terms based on our assessment. Any indicative amounts or timeframes shown on our website (such as limits or payout times) are illustrative and not a guarantee of the amount, rate or timing you will receive.
The full cost of your finance — including the rate, any fees and your total repayable amount — is disclosed to you clearly before you accept an offer. There are no hidden fees. You may settle your balance early at any time without an early-settlement penalty. If you miss a repayment, additional charges may apply as set out in your individual agreement.
We may contact you about your application and account by phone, email, SMS, social media or WhatsApp. Where messaging channels such as WhatsApp are used, we will only message you where you have contacted us first or given your prior opt-in consent, and you may opt out at any time. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and policies. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, and not to submit false or misleading information.
Our website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartsCash is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
